The Agate Group believes a truly successful organization is a balanced organization that promotes a quality of life balance and wellness in our company culture, but also in our community. A final component to our success is a commitment to social responsibilities in the communities in which we operate. Through the ACT TODAY program, we provide support to causes reflecting employee and community interests by the means of employee volunteer efforts, corporate initiatives, and monetary donations. Our Community Outreach Programs have included and benefited the following organizations: Ride and Shine, Parkinson’s Rebels, and Year Up. Team Matching
The Agate Group Office Matching Program provides budgeted funds to be used in support of approved charity ventures in local communities.

ACT TODAY Ambassadors / Team Outreach Program
The Agate Group employees receive one full work day (or equivalent hours) per calendar year to volunteer at the non-profit organization of their choice. Employees are highly encouraged to utilize this time to participate in a charity event that is meaningful and convenient for them.

Corporate Hands
Through our corporate program, donations and outreach activities are given to non-profit, non-religious, and non-political organizations. These programs are supported on a corporate level and represent the company as a whole.
