Contingency Based Search:

The Contingency Base Search provides a full-range recruiting service from candidate identification through offer negotiation. Only when an offer is made and accepted is a fee incurred. The fee is based on a percentage of the candidate’s first year’s annual compensation. Many companies not only use the contingency method to fill current vacancies, but to also keep them abreast of talented personnel providing a dynamic method to obtain key talent in today’s competitive marketplace. Successful companies proactively hire top performers as they surface, which allows the opportunity them to surpass their competition.

Retainer Based Search:

There may be times when it is more appropriate for us to perform our services as a Retainer Based Search. Many companies select a retainer-based search when the need is particularly time-sensitive, or when they have exhausted all other means of recruiting for a position. Typically, this is when a position is difficult to fill, when the position is an executive level strategic hire, when it involves an unusual requirement, or some other challenging situation. Retained search fees are also based on a percentage of the estimated first year’s annual compensation. However, a portion of the fee is paid at the beginning of the search to allow us to provide additional dedicated recruiting services. Upon an offer’s acceptance, the remaining portion of the fee is incurred.


Hourly Recruiting Services:

Hourly recruiting provides the same quality services as performed in our Contingency and Retainer Based recruiting processes, from identifying the candidates through the negotiation and acceptance of your offer. Instead of a percentage fee, client’s pay only for the actual hours spent providing services on a specific project. Besides the cash flow benefit of reducing the fees in this manner, our Hourly Based recruiting services allow to match the recruiting needs to their budget and goals.

Time spent working on staffing issues instead of production can easily result in lost opportunities and missed deadlines. It is costly to take your staff or yourself away from your CORE BUSINESS to handle personnel placements.
